What is black list?

This is a database of customers who made difficulties to property owners or companies managing properties. The database covers only the territory of the Canary Islands. The purpose of this service is to help real estate businesses and property owners to protect themselves when renting out property.

If a client has made problems to an owner or real estate agency in one place, others can protect themselves by finding that client on the list and find out what poblems he has made. We believe that after a while, when dishonest customers learn that they can get blacklisted, they will begin to behave honestly, which in turn will have a good impact on rental security.

How does it work:

There are 2 tabs: searching and adding
you can perform parameter search by name, last name, DNI/NIE or passport. When you enter the data for searching, then this request will be processed and if the data matches, the information on the client will be displayed. The data will not be shown completely, some of the characters/letters will be hidden by asterisks, but if you have completely entered the data from the document and it is displayed, be sure that the client is found correctly.

You need to enter all 3 fields, name/surname can be entered in both lowercase and uppercase letters, document - without spaces and hyphens, for example Y123456789W If you found a client who is already in the database, but you would like to add information about him you can write it in the comments under found client.

Adding a client is done as follows:
enter his data, select the items on which you had problems with him, upload the document on the basis of which you had a contractual relationship (rental agreement, receipts, etc.) in order to avoid incorrect information, you indicate also the place where it happened (example, las americas ), leave additional comments and press the "Add" button.

After checking the record, the search data will become available, and any documents that were attached as evidence will be deleted. A citation of the attached documents for proof, will be displayed in the search.



Questions and answers:

Can I add a client without submitting supporting documents as a proof?
Yes, you can. In this case, the corresponding record will be displayed that the data was entered without documental confirmation.

Can I remove a person from the list, if he corrected the situation and compensated the inconvenience?
Yes you can, request the support service from your email, which you used when you entered the problem client in the base, and we will remove the client at your request.

If we found a record, but the person really did not make a problem, can we delete it?
Yes you can, request the support service, we will look into it and remove the client from the database.
